2. Access and Duration

• Course Access: Once a participant starts a training course, they have exactly 90 days to complete it.
• Expiration: After this 90-day period, access to the course material will automatically expire. No extensions will be granted.

3. Payment Methods, Currency, and Taxes

• Accepted Methods: Credit Card, Interac e-Transfer, Bank Wire Transfer, and Check. All payments are processed securely.
• Credit Card: Online payments are processed securely. Access to the training is granted immediately upon successful transaction.
• Interac & Wire Transfer: Access is granted once funds are successfully received and cleared by our bank.
• Checks: Access is provided only after the check has cleared.
• Currency: Transactions are processed in the currency specified in the course description (CAD or USD).
• Applicable Taxes: Taxes will be charged based on the billing address provided during registration.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided (PowerPoint presentations, pictures, videos, PDFs, checklists, exercises, reference documents) is the exclusive property of Microbiotech. Users are prohibited from sharing, copying, or reselling any material.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the content, no refunds will be issued once the course has been purchased.
