This 8-hour online HACCP training is designed to meet the mandatory training requirements for primary and substitute SQF practitioners; however, we welcome participation from anyone interested in food safety management. Upon successful completion of the course and exam, participants will possess the formal HACCP credentials required by the SQF Code to implement and maintain a robust Food Safety Plan. Developed and delivered by Ms. Ghislaine Laraki—a microbiologist and Certified SQF Consultant (#123730) since 2014—this training uses a recorded format to provide participants with total flexibility.
